Piezo dental scaler with manual pump up bottle system:

Scaler have introduced an alternative scaling technique to the one, which is used in the cavitron ultrasound dental scaler where the scaling is made in 8 figure lines.  With the Piezo technique only, longitudinal oscillations are produced, much more effectively than in magnetostrictive models resulting in a more powerful scaling.  As the scaling is made in dead-lines back and forth, the machine focuses all its power in creating air bobles in the tartar which causes an enormous power that eventually explodes and removes the tartar.  The machine works with the manual pump-up water bottle.
