Zn 4.5 Otic® is the first water soluble ear solution delivering Complexed Zinc and was developed to support difficult ear cases with a restorative, non-antibiotic approach designed to calm, clear, and support the ear canal environment.
Zn 4.5 Otic® delivers complexed zinc, amino acids, and boric acid in a well-tolerated propylene glycol vehicle at a pH of 4.5. This unique combination supports ear health while remaining gentle enough for long-term maintenance protocols.
It is a natural complexed zinc, non-stining ear care formula for pets. It calms sensitive ears (antipruritic), helps to maintain ears after initial problems or infection are resolved. Zn 4.5 Otic® is not an ear cleanser. It encourages healing or returning the micro-environment of the ear to normality. It can be used as an adjunt to topical antibiotic or steroid therapy.

How it Works
Zn 4.5 Otic® combines the essential micronutrient zinc with amino acids taurine and L-lysine to help stablize zinc for improved topical utility. Boric acid provides support against Malassezia commonly associated with allergic ear disease. Zinc plays an important role in tissue repair, inflammation response, and epithelial restoration, making Zn 4.5 Otic® a valuable tool in both acute and chronic ear care management.
